•Maintain the security of your account credentials.
•Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Credits

WebToApp.app operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. By purchasing credits, you agree to the following:

•All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
•Unused credits are not eligible for reimbursement under any circumstances.
•Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
•Prices for credits are subject to change without prior notice.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

•You have the right to convert the website(s) you submit into mobile applications.
•Your use of the service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
•The content of your apps complies with the policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
•You do not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content and websites you submit to our platform. The apps generated through our service are your property. However, WebToApp.app retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying technology, platform, and tools used to generate your applications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebToApp.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to WebToApp.app in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranties regarding the acceptance or approval of your generated apps by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Any unused credits at the time of termination are forfeited and are not eligible for reimbursement.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
